Christopher Goebel, Esquire, the President and Managing Member of Quiet Title, LLC obtained his BA from Edinboro University, Edinboro Pennsylvania and his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School, Brooklyn N.Y. Mr. Goebel is licensed to practice law in both Maryland and Connecticut and is a licensed title agent in all of the jurisdictions Quiet Title provides services in. As an Attorney, Mr. Goebel has served Mortgage Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, Real Estate Brokers and Agents, Financial Institutions, and individual Buyers and Sellers.

EASE OF PROCESS

We pride ourselves on our quality service and timely manner in which we are able to close. The average turn around time for a commitment is 72hrs. Our title processors will work closely with the loan processors to make certain that the file is ready to close and the Loan Officer is always kept informed to the status of the file.
